HTC announced their budget  android phone called HTC Explorer will be available in  Asian and European market on this October ,the expected price is below Rs.10k ($200) in India .HTC Explorer falls under the HTC Wildfire s and HTC Wildfire ,Feature wise HTC Explorer  is not really bad its has a 3.2″ HVGA display,3.15MP auto focus camera ,and interchangeable rubbery back covers with funky colours.And we hardly recommend this phone over Samsung galaxy pop and LG optimus one .read full features and technical specifications below.
