In my opinion new iPhone 4s is better in terms of performance and speed so people who needs better gaming and multitasking then this upgrade is really worth and if you like mobile photography ,now you can take better photos and record videos in full HD with new 8 megapixel camera .
am sure that old design is the main reason behind the people not willing to upgrade their iPhone 4.
