Nokia X1-01 dual sim phone features and review

X1-01 is  a budget dual sim phone from nokia (dual standby) , and the great feature we found in this  phone is a BL-5J 1320 mAH  battery (as seen in nokia 5800,5230) and loud sound speakers (106 db.).Nokia X1-01 is priced at Rs.1900 ($42).

Nokia X1-01 looks very solid and really fits in our hands ,display is also good in outdoors ,keypad is spacious but navigation keys makes some “clicky” sounds (annoying) .

On the backside there is a huge loudspeaker and it makes really great loud sound ,back panel is very glossy  still feels very solid .

Battery is the another great feature we like in this phone it is BL-5J battery as seen in nokia 5800 , it provides superior battery backup , much higher talk time and x1-01 is the only phone  having this type of battery in it class.

X1-01 supports dual sim with dual standby and you can set default sim for calling or default sim for messaging  ,even you can make one sim offline .

Mp3 player is the another feature it support ,volume is loud (very loud) and clear ,music player is vey limited and there is no fast-forward and rewind option (seek).but there is shuffle option ,also you can open songs in folder wise .

Menu is not much impressive and looks very old , ugly ,and the icons used here are similar to the icons found in Symbian ANNA ui.

Verdict

Overall phone is a better  choice for people looking for a basic dual sim phone with good battery backup.also loud mp3  playback and 16GB expandable memory support makes it standout from other entry level dual sim phones .for Rs.1900 ($42) it really worth .
